- Handle all mechanical and emotional marketing factors in a professional,
diligent manner.
MARKETING SCHEDULE
- Present the completed listing documentation to the M.L.S. office within
24 hours (weekends excepted).
- Distribute listing information to other Re/Max branches within 48 hours
(weekends excepted).
- Erect a "For Sale" sign.
- Prepare an attractive feature sheet and make available in the property.
- Prepare a listing information sheet and make it available in the
property, as well as other real estate offices in the area.
- Deliver "For Sale" brochures to neighboring houses.
- Arrange for a "previewing" by our office realtors.
- Sit realtor (MLS) open houses.
- Provide regular updates on area activity, new listings and sales.
- Ensure keys are available at all times, at nearest office or lockbox.
